BigFive Summit 2023 connects the various segments of the SME tech space into a cohesive progressive narrative. These segments all work together to enable small businesses to utilize the latest innovative technologies to help them get ahead.
These include establishing a digital presence, acquiring and retaining customers, processing payments, fulfilling orders, accessing capital, managing their finances, strategic use of data, and more.
BigFive’s primary audiences includes companies developing digital tools for African SMEs and the platforms that can bring these tools to market (e.g., banks, telecoms, media companies, SaaS platforms, digital agencies, etc.). Other important audiences include investors and the SMEs themselves.
